Implementing the EKSA has the same goal of creating a quality, systematic and practical work environment. An effective Public Sector Conductive Ecosystem (EKSA) can improve service quality, save costs and simplify work processes. EKSA that is efficient, effective and consistent will add value to the corporate image of the department. In order to cultivate and maintain a quality and conducive environment MDT performs activities such as side, curb, broom, uniform and always charitable with regular implementation of gotong-royong.

i) Corporate Image
Display corporate image by agency / department by reducing excessive decor.
ii) Conducive Work Environment
The office furniture and office equipment is neat and orderly and is always clean and dusty to maintain a conducive and quality environment.
iii) Agency Diversity
Each public sector agency will be audited by MAMPU using the appropriate ECO Criteria according to the agency type and cluster of the department.
iv) Creativity And Innovation
Encourages the implementation of creativity and innovation that can enhance the productivity and quality of work of the agencies.
v) Go Green
The implementation of Go Green is encouraged to support campaign reuse, recycling and savings.
